Aww what can I say just loved these guys.

I was approached by their friend Hazel who not only has her own business as a beautician Halo by Hazel specialising with bridal hair and Make Up, she had just signed the lease for a beautiful grade 2 listed building Hirst Priory near Scunthorpe as a new Wedding Venue.

Troy and Aaron was the first couple to be married at this new exciting venue so the boys wanted a Yellow, lime and cream theme and to include real lemons and limes in their theme.

They had 7 bridesmaids and best women and some where dressed in black and had yellow and black wrist corsages and the 2 best women had small handheld bouquets of Lemon and cream roses, white peonies, yellow callas, capseida and achelmela mollis foliage's.

And of course for the boys I made some really special buttonholes to follow the theme finished with black ribbon.

I also made the fire place arrangements and I wanted to make something a bit modren and different in the flowers chosen for their theme.

They really did look amazing against the colours of the walls and features in the Priory.

The vase displays were spectactula with white hydrangeas, madori anthuriums, lemon and cream roses, yellow dahilas, peonies, amaranthus and of course the lemons and limes inside the vases.

Hirst Priory is a grade II listed building with light filled high ceilinged rooms, beautiful feature coving and panelling and a division of space that feels as welcoming as it is charming. The surrounding mature woodland merges elegantly into the scenic borders that frame the traditional lawn. It is a joy to stroll from house to gardens and seek out your favourite cameo photo opportunities that will keep the memories alive for years to come. If you are looking for a particularly atmospheric setting the 18th Century brick vaulted basement is a rare hidden gem.

Hope you enjoyed this fabulous wedding would love to hear your thoughts
