So excited I get to share with you this amazing wedding at Fishlake Mill.
It was mammoth planning by Rachael and I was so happy to help and guide her on her way to her special day.
Also this wedding has been featured on Whimsical Wonderland Weddings
Rachael loved texture and romantic flowers in peaches, so the flowers I chose for her were David Austin roses "Juliet", Peach spray avalanche roses, cream avalanche roses, tuba rose, dill, theslpi bell with mini succulents and passion flower trails.
Rachael wore 2 dresses on her special day, a Farage Emanuelle fish tail dress then in the evening she wore a Phoenix tea length dress that was vintage styled to match the bridesmaids theme.
For the bridesmaids I made smaller version styled handed bouquets to match Rachaels bouquet.
Dan's buttonhole I made to theme the bridal bouquet, with David austin rose "juliet" with a touch of theslpi bell, succulent and passion flower foliages.
Dan was also involved with the wedding planning he wanted a cool man cave for himself and groomsmen to hangout in, and they all drove Aston Martins to the venue.
Now then for the first time ever I made this stunning arch! It was a challenge as we were not allowed to place nails in to secure it. So with the help of my lovely florist friend Jane we bought very long cable ties and secured theme all around the front the pagoda. Also had my over 6ft brother to help me place the flowers on the top. Using white hydrangeas, peach and white avalanche roses, green amaranths, dill with lots of tree ivy and french ruscus.
For inside the marquee it really needed height and drama, so using my tall clear vases I made large arrangements to sit on top. Using all flowers to theme with the wedding.
Rachel and Dan didn't have a traditional Top table they sat on their very own sweetheart table with classic candle sticks and old vintage books. I made a lavish arrangement with all the flowers used in the other arrangements. Just love the mossed heart hanger draped behind them.
The cake was made by her very talented neighbour so i just placed flowers around the cake tiers with jam jars for the bouquets. Just made this such more a display.
Also there was collected all sorts of jars and bottles for random sized flowers to be placed all around outside and in the venue.
This was truly one wedding I will never forget it was such a joy to make and had amazing friends and family to support me through too.
Also it was so fabulous to be working with Sarah from Folega Photography again but on a real wedding :) these images are amazing!
