Happy New Year!
What a year 2016 has been, and I thought it was just the time to write about the amazing things I've been up to this year.
In between all of the fabulous weddings and photo shoots I've been involved with, I've been playing around with my festive flat-lays on my Instagram, which feature all the 'ingredients' of my wedding flowers with the spares I have in the studio.
2016 saw my first Flower School at Cusworth Hall, where I had the opportunity to teach some lovely ladies how to make their own Christmas wreath.

At the beginning of the year, I was once again returning to Cusworth Hall, where we had full access to the 'secret rooms'. These rooms are closed to the public, so they made the perfect setting for our Goth Shoot. The worn-out walls echo the hidden nature of the room and we even managed to gain access to the roof.

October was the busiest month by far: all the wedding styles were completely different!
I've only included just a glimpse here, as I'll be posting special blogs about them very soon.
I even had the chance to work with pumpkins this year, as my lovely bride Emma wanted autumnal table displays.
Rossington Hall hosted a gorgeous, autumnal and dusky pink wedding.
On what was the hottest day of the year, I was involved in a lovely Photoshoot with Folega Photography. I was unbelievably worried about the flowers staying pristine in the heat, but looking at these amazing images proves they kept well.

July threw at me one of the largest weddings I have ever had the pleasure to work on! Unfortunately I couldn't get any official images from the big day, but I managed to get a few of my own. Although this wedding presented a challenge, I was so happy with how it all came together.
With being involved in so many gorgeous weddings this year, I'm struggling to fit them all in one post! But, I will be scheduling all of the beautiful weddings I have done in 2016, and all those yet to come in 2017, so keep an eye out for those.
