Last year I started Emily Quinton's fabulous online course called 'Makelight' as I wanted to improve my photography and to completely beautify my Instagram.
So, I've been challenging myself with an image a day alongside a word that inspires me for the hashtag: #makelight365. Since practising after the new year, I have now hit a following of 1000 people and my gallery is now looking much more consistent. To my amazement I was thrilled to see Emily had shared the image above on her Makelight's Instagram page.
Within the Makelight challenge, I've had the exciting opportunity to work with Holly from 'Ink and Flow' (@inknflow) as she has started to create some amazing brush-lettered cards and framed art. Holly also edits my blogs and has occasionally helped me out on big wedding events. I'm really looking forward to using more of her creations.
I Hope you all enjoy my little monthly supplement! I'm planning to do one every month to keep you updated with the latest news and let you know what I've been up to.
You can see me at Hirst Priory's wedding fair on the 5th February, I will be dressing the entrance (again) and will have a small stand featuring my latest creations.
You will also see me at Cusworth Hall's Open day on the 26th February.
