Vicki and Steve - Tipi Wedding

Updated: Feb 1, 2022

A bright colour pop of a wedding full of British grown flowers to share with you this week.

Vicki and Steve got married at the lovely King William Inn in a Tipi (papakata) in the beautiful gardens.

I was so pleased I managed to get coral peonies in August!

This colour scheme was just perfect against the dark navy dresses of the bridesmaids.

The bouquet was full of vibes, orange dahlias, cerise roses, pink piano spray roses, pink veronica, cerise celosia, alspedia, purple clematis and caspedia.

One of the biggest challenges was to place flowers on the indoor swing. At the time of construction it was very windy and it kept moving! However, it looked amazing full of flowers that matched the theme, including British-grown trailing amaranthus and foliages.

Vicki implemented one of my top tips, which was to re-use her bridal bouquets to display on the top table - ensuring maximum use of your flowers!

The table arrangements were Vicki's own cool hexagonal lanterns, which I placed flowers inside to match the wedding theme.

Outside I placed extra large milk churns (which are available to hire from me) filled with British flowers all themed with the wedding.

I hope you enjoyed this stunning vibrant wedding.
